I had a really frustrating time trying to finish my first PC build. I saw the adds for cyber rhino on Facebook, and decided to call, and see what was up. They tried to coach me to fix my PC over the phone and via email, several times before even asking for payment. I decided the problem was bigger than a novice like me could handle, and I set an appointment to send it to a tech.
The tech was super helpful, and responsive. They helped me through the process of getting a refund for my MOBO which was the issue, and even helped me get an affordable replacement, in the middle of a MOBO shortage. One of the nicest things was the tech reassured me that the PC was perfectly build, and the dead MOBO was not my fault. I was very concerned that I was the reason it wasn’t working. The fix was painless, and affordable. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely use theworking.
